These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all offers made by Spotlight Art, all purchases and orders placed by you and all agreements concluded between us in relation to the products and services offered on this website and via email and / or WhatsApp arrangements.
Strictly No Returns Policy
We are committed to quality original products and artworks and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We do not offer any returns on our artworks. Damage incurred during courier or collection by yourself is at your own risk/ expense. Shipping/ delivery/ courier charges will not be refunded.
Pricing
Art prices are as stated on our Spotlight Art Website.
On contacting us, we will furnish you with the appropriate courier fee for your artwork/s ordered as this fee will be added to your payment.
An approximate date of completion for Commissions will be quoted when requested as, being unique works of art, the time involved will depend on size, subject matter, medium as well as other works in progress by the artist concerned.
Please note that a minimum of 50% deposit is required on all commissioned/ bespoke artwork/s prior to commencement.
Commissioned or Website Artwork/s for Rent
The cost of artworks for rent must be paid for up front, prior to delivery of the artwork to your premises
Should the artwork/s be damaged during the rental period, i.e. whilst in your home/office/ place of business, the full price of the artwork will be owed by you (as the artwork cannot be returned damaged to Spotlight Art).
Acceptance of Order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In such event your sole recourse shall be the return of amounts paid by you related to such order (if any).
Spotlight Art are not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product.
Severability
If any of the terms or conditions herein shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or condition.
